Action on Addiction is one of the early patronages of The Duchess. The charity offers life-saving treatment to individuals and families at its flagship treatment centre, Clouds House in Wiltshire, and at its community-based treatment centres in Essex and Liverpool. It also offers education to degree level at the Centre for Addiction Treatment Studies and funds and promotes research into effective responses to addiction.
Today Duchess also launched the charity’s community-based recovery programme ‘Clouds in the Community. It is a Self-Help Addiction Recovery Programme (SHARP) that provides an effective alternative to residential treatment and enables the charity to provide services for more people in more places.

‘Clouds in the Community’ aims to reach more people in more places by helping clients to recover in their own neighborhoods.
At the center, The Duchess talked to clients at various stages of their recovery about the benefits of ‘Clouds in the Community’, a non-residential recovery programme that is based at the center.
The Duchess of Cambridge officially opened the centre today.
Speaking at the opening of the centre, The Duchess of Cambridge said, “Huge congratulations. I believe so passionately in community projects, so I wish it all the best for success in the future”.

The impromptu speech was heartwarming as Duchess reflected back on the six-year journey as “the start of my learning” with the charity since taking its patronage and added, “You’re very special to me.”.

The Duchess of Cambridge was greeted by an almost 2 years old Myla Clancy with a bouquet of flowers. Duchess asked her “Have you smelt it? Let’s smell. Ah, is that nice? Thank you very much.”
The stylish straight silhouetted wool coat falls almost to the knee and has a funnel collar with a fixed bow detailing. The originally £660 coat is currently retailing at £330 and is also available in Cameo Pink and Black tones.
The Duchess of Cambridge carried her $320.84 Aspinal Blue Heart Clutch from Beulah London. This limited edition ‘Blue Heart’ clutch in black croc is a beautiful collaboration between Aspinal of London and Beulah using Beulah’s iconic blue heart print on the interior lining. The intricate metal chain is in a gold finish and adds to the functionality allowing the clutch to be held in the hand or elegantly draped over the shoulder.
The Duchess of Cambridge wore her Stuart Weitzman black suede power pumps that got stuck in the metal grate. It happened to Duchess for the second time and she laughed it off.
And finished her look with G Collins & Sons Tanzanite and Diamond earrings.
