The VEGA system is possible to reach intensities in the range of 1019 Wcm-2, which is much higher than the atomic intensity unit (3.5 1016 Wcm-2). Therefore, experiments are being designed in different fields related to proton acceleration. The advantages of all this power that reach the arms of VEGA not only involve the possibility of obtaining very small foci, but also the possibility of having large areas of interaction.
