Queen Letizia of Spain was back to the Balearic Island where she presided over the opening of the Professional Training Course 2018/2019, at the CIFP Son Llebre in the Mallorcan town of Marratxí, Balears.
The Queen arrived at the Integrated Training Center of Son Llebre, in Marratxí, accompanied by the Minister of Education and Vocational Training, and was received by the President of the Balearic Islands Francina Armengol.
Professional Courses are taught every year in a different city in Spain. Last year they were taught at Teruel. Opening professional courses is annual engagement for Queen that she is performing for many years.
The CIFP Son Llebre is an Integrated Vocational Training centre created to respond to the demand and need for training and qualification in the field of dependency, the promotion of the autonomy of people and their social integration.
Queen began the visit by touring the facilities where the professional courses will be taught this year. The main objectives of the centre are to offer training to individuals who are interested and providing professional competence.
She joined a group of students at Formentera Classroom, who were conducting a “role play” workshop. Queen’s visit also let her experience the workshops for hospital habilitation, adapted bathroom and of kitchen first hand.
Next, Her Majesty the Queen went to the Residence of Elderly Son Llebre, which houses the practices of the students of the CIFP. She received a brief explanation of the relationship between the CIFP and the Residence for the Elderly, such as internships, employability of former students and Erasmus + practices.
The day ended after a meeting with entrepreneurs involved with the practices and employability of CIFP students, teachers, students and the Center’s Social Council.

Once again keeping her look minimal and sober, Letizia chose a white draped blouse from Hugo Boss that is part of her wardrobe for a long time.
She paired the blouse with blue and white striped pants. The label of the trouse is still unknown but it seems to be HugoBoss design with digital print.
Letizia gave a touch of colour to her look with burgundy Lodi Debra Shoes that she debuted last year.
Today Queen premiered a new pair of earrings. Giving a sartorial node to Balearic Island, Letizia chose Mallorca designer Helena Nicolau’s Prawn Gamba earrings.
The silver plated in 18k gold come with matching necklace and are available for €120.
