The Prince and Princess of Wales are celebrating their 12th wedding anniversary today. The Royal couple got married at Westminster Abbey in a lavish wedding ceremony that was a semi-state event on April 29th 2011.
William and Catherine met at St Andrew’s University in Scotland in 2001. They became friends and eventually started dating in 2003. For the next 7 years, the couple went from strength to strength and announced their engagement on November 16, 2010. William proposed to Catherine with his Mother’s engagement ring on the night of October 19-20 2010 during a vacation in Kenya.

The picture couple released today is part of the same set from which they released the Christmas 2022 picture. It was taken by their family photographer Matt Porteous in Fall 2022 at their country home, Anmer Hall.
They released another two pictures from this set to mark the 2023 Mother’s Day.
In the picture, The Princess of Wales is wearing her M.I.H. Jeans Mabel Shirt that she first wore in May 2019 when she visited Back to Nature Garden for the last time before it opened to the public.
Catherine paired the outfit with blue jeans, a brown bag and her Superga Cotu Sneakers.
