The session opened with welcoming remarks by Gonzalo Capellán and concluded under the leadership of Santiago Muñoz Machado. The closure also featured the participation of the Minister of Culture, Tourism, Sport, and Youth of La Rioja, who also serves as Vice President of the San Millán de la Cogolla Foundation. Each participant gave a brief closing statement to end the session. The discussions centered on the instrumentalization and partisan use of language. They explored how language can be weaponized to dehumanize opponents, serving as a justification for various actions in the context of war.
