Queen Letizia of Spain was looking absolutely elegant in a professional chic attire at the annual event of the “World Day of Rare Diseases,” at the Prince Felipe Auditorium in Oviedo organized by the Spanish Association of Rare Disease. The motto of the campaign that FEDER has launched this year to raise awareness of the reality of those living with these pathologies.

The annual day is marked on February 28th but the annual day was postponed to  bring patients, families, researchers and institutional representatives together  at one stage. Queen Letizia has been associated with FEDER for the last 15 years.

Speaking at the event, Queen Letizia said, “the voices of people with rare diseases challenge us, and the attention we raise every year on a day like today, it has to have its action, its echo, so that it crosses society and all, institutions, social entities, administrations, the private sector, we all continue to work to improve the living conditions, the quality of life of people with infrequent pathologies”.
