The Duchess of Cambridge a blue saucer hat from Philip Treacy at the day one of Royal Ascot. The pale blue sinamay hat features an oval-shaped saucer base made from a dotted sheer fabric and is trimmed with silk flowers beneath the raised side of the brim. That hat looked like a blue version of her Philip Treacy OC 147 Hat that she worn on Trooping the Colour Parade in 2016.
