Catherine was seen carrying a DC Dalgliesh Strathearn Tartan silk scarf during the Diamond Jubilee Thames River Pageant and Order of Thistles in Scotland. She again wore the Scarf during a Scotland visit in 2012. Handwoven from Strathearn Tartan, the scarf symbolising The Duchess’s Scottish title ‘Countess of Strathearn’.
The Scottish label ScotWeb brought a substitute of the scarf back in wool instead of silk that is currently available for £85.00 on its online store. The wool scarf is produced at the same artisanal weaving mill as the silk original.
