The Princess of Wales wore Alexander McQueen Double-breasted Camel-wool Coat in Camel Green shade in December 2022 during a Boston visit. The coat was a customised version of the piece shown below.
The £2999 coat was described as, “Since joining Alexander McQueen as Creative Director in 2010, Sarah Burton has put her own stamp on the British label’s tailored silhouettes. A part of the brand’s SS21 collection, this coat is whipped up from wool, topped with notch lapels and complete with a double-breasted front. Falling to just above the ankle, it’s ideal for slipping on when heading out for an evening with friends.”
