Cartier Shamrock Brooch

Cartier Shemrock Brooch that Catherine usually wear during St. Patrick’s Dara Parade in March, first worn by Queen Alexandra in 1901 when she visited the Irish Guards. The Queen Mother then took up the tradition of wearing it on St. Patrick’s Day. After her demise, Princess Anne wore it for St. Patrick’s Day ceremonies with the Irish Guards. Owned by the Irish Regiment, the brooch has an emerald stone in the centre.
