The Princess of Wales, Catherine, wore Chanel 1995 Trimmed Double-breasted Jacket in October 2022 when she visited Coach Core to celebrate the organization’s 10th anniversary.
The sold-out jacket was described as “Coco Chanel introduced business wear for women after a tumultuous moment in world history. Chanel’s tweed skirt suits became a symbol of power and change. A refreshed version of the style is presented with this double-breasted jacket, made of a cotton-wool blend in a deep shade of cobalt blue.”
The Circa 1995 cobalt blue jacket was made of a cotton-wool blend featuring CC-logo embossed buttons, contrasting trim, turn-up cuffs, notched lapels, double-breasted button fastening, four front patch pockets, crop sleeves with straight hem and full lining. As it was an old 1995 piece it means either Catherine has had this in her wardrobe for a long time or she bought it from a vintage store.
