The $1625 Swiss-dot Macrame Pussy Bow partially lined top features Macramé trim, self-tied pussy Bow and front button closure. Duchess had it altered and get cuff styles wrist length sleeves.
A closer look at the detailing. The macrame trim on the sleeves of top Duchess wore is vertical running down the length of the sleeve while on the original top (shown here) it was horizontal. The bow length is also altered on Catherine’s top.
Catherine paired the top with Elie Saab Embroidered Tulle Skirt. $3100 maxi length tulle Skirt features a sheer A-line skirt with embroidered dots throughout and back zipper closure. Duchess had it altered to add more coverage.
