Catherine Middleton matched her Oval Sapphire and Diamond engagement ring with Tiffany & Co Sapphire Oval Cabochon Earrings and Necklace set on her engagement announcement on November 16th 2010.
The sapphire oval Cabochon by the Yard earrings is set in yellow gold, hanging a bezel set diamond stud. The 18K oval Cabochon by the Yard necklace features two bezel-set diamonds on either side of the sapphire.
It is believed that Catherine has the set since at least 2008 as she was seen wearing the necklace in 2008 too.
