During the first week of their summer stay at Palma, King Felipe and Queen Letizia received the authorities of the Balearic Islands and a representation of the Balearic society at the Royal Palace of La Almudaina.
Upon arrival, they greeted the members of the public gathered outside to get a glimpse of the royals
For the formal event, both Queen Letizia and Queen Sofia coordinated their looks in floral dresses. Queen Sofia chose a boho look in a dark-toned floral maxi dress. And Queen Letizia chose a short sheath silhouette floral dress in a cream hue.
The fitted sleeveless was from Spanish designer Juan Duyos and made from ‘Manila Manton’ .’ Manila Manton’ is a silk embroidered shawl made in Canton but called it due to the trade route between Manila and Mexico. This dress is made from the Manila shawl gifted to Queen Letizia by Toledo company Artesanía Nava at her wedding.

Letizia paired the dress with her Magrit Accessories. She wore red Magrit slip-on heels that we recently see during Malaga’s meeting of Directors. She also carried the cream-hued suede clutch from Magrit.
Queen Letizia also premiered a new pair of earrings at the event. The striking gold earrings from Helena Nicolau complimented the floral dress with its double flower-shaped design (Thanks to @nuriatiburcio for ID). Queen tied her brunette locks in a simple hairdo.
