Letizia and Felipe visited last July the facilities of the Telephone Service 016 for information and juridical advice on the matter of gender violence. In addition to the telephone number of abbreviated dialing 016, inquiries can be directed by email to 016-online@msssi.es. This service offers specialized attention 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is free of charge. The service is provided by a team of operators with specialized training in gender violence. The guarantee of confidentiality always prevails and emergency and urgency calls are sent to the 112 regional centers.
