On Tuesday, Queen Letizia of Spain attended the regular meeting of the Advisory Council of the Urgent Spanish Foundation “Fundéu BBVA” at the headquarters of BBVA Foundation in Madrid.
The Advisory board of the foundation involves academics and prestigious linguists, journalists and experts in other areas, who advises on the preparation of recommendations to promote the proper use of Spanish in the media.
Upon arrival, Letizia was received by the director of the Royal Spanish Academy and president of the Board Fundéu BBVA.
The Urgent Spanish Foundation -Fundéu BBVA- is an initiative born in 2005, the result of an agreement between the Efe Agency and the BBVA bank, with the advice of the Royal Spanish Academy, whose main objective is to promote good use of Spanish in the media. Its team of journalists, linguists, lexicographers, orthotypographers, proofreaders and translators offers daily recommendations and answers to the queries they receive, in order to be a tool that helps all those who use the language in their daily work.
Before leaving Queen met with the members of staff at the headquarters.
For the day, Queen once again brought back her style sense onto the front. She was wearing her Hugo Boss ‘Mathia’ cheetah-print coat.
Underneath the coat, Letizia wore a new ensemble from Hugo Boss having ‘Frankie’ dark red cuff detail wool sweater with the ‘Trima’ dark red cropped wide-leg trousers.
Knitted from lightweight mercerized wool, the Hugo Boss Frankie Cuff Detail Wool Sweater features crew neckline and metal buttons gleam at the extended cuffs. The $195 sweater is currently on sale and is available for $116.
The Cropped wide-leg trousers are described as, “Cropped culotte-style trousers by BOSS Womenswear, cut with a high waist for a feminine silhouette. Crafted in Portuguese micro fabric with a bonded structure, these wide-leg trousers offer a regular fit, dividing seams and a fabric belt with eyelet details and an oversized buckle”. Originally £219 trouser is now retailing for £149.
Spanish Queen paired the outfit with black accessories. She was wearing a custom made black Magrit Leather Pumps and carried Hugo Boss Fanila Clutch.
Her €2,125 white gold and diamond Gold & Roses Double Dagger Earrings finished the look.
