To mark the Spanish ‘Mother’s Day’ King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain took their daughters to watch  ‘Peter Grimes’, an opera by Benjamin Britten at The Royal Theatre in Madrid. No one was aware of the royal guests in the audience.

They were found only when they were leaving the theatre after the show that lasted three hours. The family of four was all smiles and waves when they were being photographed while leaving.  The visit was to show their support for the cultural sector which is recovering its activity with the moderation of coronavirus restrictions

Letizia, as always, kept her look minimal with a black leather coat and black culottes. She was wearing a pink blouse and her Queen Letizia wore Hugo Boss ‘Royal’ pointed toe Flats.  Princess Leonor was wearing her Hugo Boss Suzetta Patterned Dress that she first wore in 2019 during another family outing.
