Yesterday, The Royal Hashemite Court announced the engagement of Crown Prince Hussein and Rajwa Al Saif. The couple got engaged in Riyadh at Rajwa’s father’s home. Today, the Palace has released some really gorgeous portraits of the newly engaged couple Prince Hussein and Rajwa Al Saif.
Not many details about Hussein and Rajwa have been released by the Palace like how did they meet, or how long they have known each other. But from the pictures, we can see the couple was very happy and looking excited for the new journey ahead.
Crown Prince Hussein took to Instagram and thanked everyone for the best wishes upon his engagement and released another engagement portrait with his beautiful bride-to-be. The new pictures gave us a better look at her engagement ring.
As discussed in the Royal charter, “There are lots of speculations going on about Rajwa’s engagement ring. The ring features a Pear cut Diamond supported by two small similar diamonds set on either White Gold or Platinum. The design of the ring is fairly common. We would not find out the label of the ring until the Royal court comes forward with this information“.
From the newly released pictures, we can see the Princess-to-be Rajwa has her style and fashion front sorted and looks every bit Princess and Queen that she will be one day. If yesterday’s pictures were all about traditions and culture, today’s pictures showed the more liberal and contemporary side of the Jordan Royal Family that many around the globe admire and appreciate.
Another fascinating fact has already been well-established by Rajwa and her Mother-in-law-to-be Queen Rania – that they are not in competition at all but a solid team who will be the face of the Jordan Royal family together. Both ladies are already sharing the wardrobe. Yesterday, Rajwa was wearing Queen Rania’s bronze belt that Rania wore in 2019. Today’s portrait has another shared element that we will discuss shortly below.
In the first portrait, Rajwa Al-saif wore Andrew GN Embellished Belted Cady Midi Dress. Andrew GN is a label that Queen Rania loves and has chosen many times on very special occasions- yesterday being one of them. The $2575 dress was described as “It’s the little signature details that define Andrew Gn’s designs, like the embellished buckle that highlights the waist of this dress. Cut from smooth off-white cady, it has voluminous puffed sleeves balanced by the slim bust and elegant high neck.“
Rajwa paired the outfit with a pair of long earrings and her engagement ring. As of this moment, the labels of both pieces remain unidentified.
