Princess Charlotte of Wales is celebrating her 8th birthday on May 02nd. To mark the day, The Prince and Princess of Wales shared a cute picture of the little Princess. The picture was taken over the weekend by The Princess of Wales at the family’s Windsor home.
Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana was born on May 02nd 2015. Her birth changed the British Line of Succession forever. She is the first-born Princess of the Royal family who was not taken over by the birth of a younger brother. Charlotte is currently 3rd in line to the British Throne after her Father and elder brother and ahead of her younger brother.
In the picture, Princess Charlotte is wearing Trotter London Francis Willon Sun Dress. The £76 dress was described as “The best-selling willow sun dress shape is ideal for warmer weather. Featuring a classic round neckline, complete with a large statement willow collar, this sleeveless dress is finished and comes in an all-over miniature floral print with textured plumetis detailing. Finished with pearlised button fastenings at the back, it will make a real showstopper this summer.”
Earlier this weekend, The Princess of Wales took Charlotte and her friends to Royal Opera for the performance of ‘Cinderella’. Charlotte and her friends took to the stage after the performance and showed a few ballet movements. Apart from ballet, Charlotte loves gymnastics and is often referred to as the ‘in charge at home’ by her parents.
Granpa King Charles will always be the superior Charles 😊

We will see Princess with her parents and brothers at the Coronation of her Grandfather this weekend at Westminster Abbey. On the weekend, The Princess was also seen in a BBC documentary marking the Coronation of King Charles III. Wishing Charlotte a very Happy Birthday.
In the second picture released by the Palace, Princess Charlotte was wearing Boden Volume Sleeve Texture Sweater. Thanks to Japanese Ginger on Twitter for the id.
We will see The Wales Family participating in the Coronation and related events throughout the whole week. I am heading to the United Kingdom tonight, so the website will not be updated regularly. I will catch up once I am back. I hope you all will enjoy the historic event and its festivities.
