The Duchess of Cambridge wore an Ice Blue Midi Dress in March 2019 at the Buckingham Palace reception hosted by the Queen to mark Prince Charles of Wales’ investiture. The dress bears similarities with Duchess’ Beulah London Sabitri Dress and Alexander McQueen Dusty Pink Dress that Catherine wore at Pippa’s wedding in May 2017. Rebecca English on Twitter informed that the Dress was made by a private dressmaker.
The chiffon dress has a high neckline with frayed detailing, a row of the button at the front of the bodice, slightly puffed shoulders and cuffs, and a pleated skirt.
Many readers noted the design similarities between this dress and the creations of Russian Designer Ulyana Sergeenko.
