Today King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia received His Excellencies the President of the State of Israel and Mrs. Nechama Rivlin at Royal Palace Madrid.
During the ceremony, the National Anthems of both countries were performed under the salute of 21 guns.
Then King Felipe and the Israeli President reviewed a battalion of the Royal Guard that paid tribute.
After the greeting of the respective delegations, a parade of the Royal Guard took place.
At noon, the President of Israel and his wife moved to the Palace of La Zarzuela, where the Spanish King and Queen offered them lunch.
Before this, Don Felipe and President Rivlin held a meeting.
As a perfect hostess, Queen Letizia lend her arm to Mrs. Rivlin who is due to a health issue is carrying an oxygen bag with her. To receive the guests, Queen Letizia chose a camel colour overcoat with a purple dress underneath. The trench coat is from Burberry that been a part of Queen’s wardrobe for many years.
The purple Crepe dress is from HugoBoss. The knee-length “Kusima” dress features a round neck with french sleeves and a fit and flare silhouette and subtle waist-line details.

Queen paired her outfit with brown leather shoes and the matching handbag from Magrit. The brown leather clutch has a flap closure with 2 black buttons on each end of the flap.
The embossed leather pumps had laces tied at the middle of the shoes in a criss-cross style.
For jewelry, Letizia kept it to a minimum by choosing maroon and green small hanging earrings.
In the evening, King Felipe and Queen Letizia will offer a gala dinner in honour of His Excellencies the President of the State of Israel, and his wife at the Royal Palace of Madrid. We will see Queen Letizia in gown and crown jewels tonight.
