Today King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain presided the annual meeting of the Board of the Cervantes Institute in the Royal Palace of Aranjuez. In the end, they offered lunch to the patrons of the Cervantes Institute, as well as to the Ibero-American ambassadors accredited in Spain and the attending authorities.
Upon their arrival at the Royal Palace of Aranjuez, The royal couple were received by the Vice President of the Government and Minister of the Presidency.
Instituto Cervantes is a public institution created by Spain in 1991 for the promotion and teaching of the Spanish language and for the dissemination of Spanish and Latin American culture. Its headquarters are located in Madrid and in Alcalá de Henares, the birthplace of the writer Miguel de Cervantes, while the centres of the Institute are spread over four continents.
After the Board meeting, their Majesties moved to the Ballroom of the Palace to receive the greetings of the Ibero-American ambassadors accredited in Spain and the authorities.
Then a luncheon was hosted by the royal couple in the Hall of the King’s Alabarderos.
After the stunning appearance in Paris, today Queen Letizia kept her look minimum. She debuted a new bottle green top.
The still-unidentified top features a round neckline with full sleeves and horizontal pleats on the bodice.
Letizia paired the top with leopard print skirt from Roberto Verino debuted at Girona Foundation Meeting in 2017. Jacquard pencil skirt features central slit and concealed zipper in back and belongs to Autumn/Winter 2016 collection of the label.
Queen teamed up her outfit with Carolina Herrera black leather-suede Pumps and Astrud clutch.
Her Chanel ‘Plume’ white gold diamond earrings finished the look of the day.
