King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain are on two days State Visit to Andorra. Felipe and Letizia’s state visit is the first Royal State visit since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020. This is the first Spanish state visit of King Felipe and Queen Letizia to the Pyrenean country within the framework of the cordial bilateral relations between the two countries.
After the busy morning and afternoon, King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended the official dinner offered in their honor by the co-princes of Andorra at the Andorra Park Hotel.
The visit is part of the Andorran presidency of the XXVIII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government that will be held on April 21, which King Felipe VI is scheduled to participate in.
The dinner began with the National Anthem of both the countries. Before the dinner both King Felipe and co-prince of Andorra and Archbishop raised the toast hailing the friendship of both the nations.
Addressing the guests, Felipe said, “in recent years the Principality of Andorra has undergone important institutional changes. After the approval of its Constitution in 1993 and the signing of the Good Neighbor, Friendship and Cooperation Treaty between Andorra, France and Spain, it joined the UN and other global institutions. And recently, in 2018, we commemorated the 25th anniversary of the beginning of diplomatic relations between our two countries. Today Andorra is a parliamentary principality and, like Spain, a fully democratic rule of law“.
For the dinner, Queen Letizia of Spain brought a touch of glamour to the evening with one of the gorgeous looks from her wardrobe.
Queen Letizia wore The 2nd Skin nude taffeta strapless top. The stunning top featured ostrich feathers at the top of the neckline gathering at the front bodice of the top that is made of mini pleats.
The waistline of the top was marked by a black bow as a belt.
Queen paired the outfit with black straight suit pants from the same label. Made in a wool crepe the €550 pant features pockets and low waistband. Can be ordered in custom colours- purple, black, pink and sky blue.
Letizia teamed up the look with her Manolo Blahnik BB Snakeskin Pumps.
She was carrying her Magrit Mary satin Clutch.
Her bezel studs and Karen Hallam ring finished the look.
