Queen Letizia of Spain presided over the Screening of the documentary “El Camino Interior” at the Auditorium of the Espacio Fundación Telefónica in Madrid. Letizia was present at the event as the Honorary President of UNICEF Spain and an Advocate for the Mental Health of Children and Adolescents of the organization throughout the world.
The documentary that will be broadcast on Movistar+ highlights the importance of mental health. The series is the story of Miguel Ángel Tobías who travels 16 stages of the road from León to Finisterre, accompanied, in each of them, by people who are dedicated to helping others transform their lives, having themselves gone through profound processes of personal transformation.
Queen Letizia watched a special documentary video of the premiere of the series. After the screening, Queen Letizia said, “we know that mental health is an issue that matters to all of us and that we are all involved in some way and We feel responsible.”
The project makes visible and puts on the table a relevant issue for society through testimonials and experiences of different prominent figures who, having experienced vital transformation processes, help others to transform their lives.
