It was as usual Royal Business at the Windsor Castle on Thursday, when The Prince and Princess of Wales welcomed the Apple CEO Tim Cook for Environment and mental health discussion. The CEO later on took to his social media account and shared the news and wrote,
“It was a true honor to meet with the Prince and Princess of Wales. We had a wonderful and wide-ranging discussion about the environment, mental health, and other issues that mean a great deal to all of us”.
The meeting was part of the Royal couple’s behind the scene work they do under the umbrella of The Royal Foundation. The Earthshot Prizes are Prince William’s passion project and Early Years is Princess Kate’s primary focus as a Royal. Tim Cook was in the United Kingdom to promote Apple’s new products, including the iPhone 15 and Apple Watch Series 8. In the picture you can see a couple of Apple bags on the side table. May be a couple of iPhone15 for William and Kate. Apple just launched its recent model of iPhone.
Kensington Palace has confirmed that the Princess of Wales will not join her husband at this year’s @EarthshotPrize awards in Singapore. It is understood that Prince George has exams that week and she wants to be there to support him.

Prince William will be heading to Singapore in November this year for the 3rd Earthshot prizes. Earlier it was assumed Catherine, The Princess of Wales will join her husband on the visit, but today Kensington Palace confirmed that The Princess of Wales will not join her husband for Singapore visit as Prince George as exams during the same period.
“All boys sit the ISEB Common Pre-Tests during October or November, either at their current school or at an agreed centre. We will also request a Head Teacher’s report covering a boy’s academic strengths, interests and character.”

Earlier this year we found out that William and Kate are looking for George’s next school and Eton was one of the choices. William and Kate were seen at Eton with George. The school holds an ISEB Common Pre-Tests during October or November that all potential students have to write for Year 9 entry. The boys who have finished their UK School year 5 can write this exam. George finished his school year 5 in June this year and will be entering in year 9 in 2026. The 2026 registration closed on 30 June this year. So I believe George will be writing his exam for Eton entrance in the same week or around the same time when Prince William will be in Singapore hence Kate is staying home to support their eldest son.
