An Ex-Journalist, Spanish Queen Letizia has been a long standing champion for the environment and climate. The seminar, entitled “Climate Change: Language and Communication,” has brought together journalists, publicists, scientists, linguists and environmental specialists who have discussed the use of language by the different stakeholder involved in the response to climate change.

Queen Letizia might be one of the Royal ladies who is the least interested in her style and fashion statements. She does not put any extra efforts to her style – regardless of the occasion – She just leaves things in the hands of her stylist and just be herself. Her true aura of being a dedicated working mother is more than enough to elevate her style.

Her casual black attire for the day was another example of the such situation. Letizia is not scared of dressing down and keeping things non-edgy and non-statement making. But still she carried her simple black outfit so well that it still was making a statement all the same.

Letizia was wearing a €1949 Lottusse Berlin Trench Coat which was described as “The garments in our Berlin collection represent our take on neo tailoring – bringing old-fashioned craftsmanship and attention to detail into modern fashion. Each in the line represents a future classic and wardrobe mainstay, and this ankle-length trench coat is no exception. It is crafted from soft merino lamb leather and features welt pockets, a snap and belt fastening and a smart shirt collar.”

The Queen teamed up the coat with her 2016 Hugo Boss Fabrisia sweater and a new Pomandère Micro Vichy Patterned Trousers. The $340 trousers came with a matching coat so I won’t be surprised if we see Letizia wearing the coat somewhere down the road too.

Her regular Gold & Roses Shewel Triple Hoops and Corterno Rings were complementing the look.
