Duke and Duchess of Cambridge joined Queen Elizabeth with other members of the royal family for the Sunday Church Service in Sandringham. It’s Duchess’ first public appearance of the year.
Duchess was also joined by her sister Pippa Middleton Mathews and her husband James Matthews. Another notable guest was Prince William’s long-time friend James Meade and his wife.
Duke and Duchess walked to the St. Mary Magdalene church along with their 96 old Grandfather Prince Phillip while the Queen arrived by car.
For her first appearance of the year, Duchess Catherine chose her brown Moloh ‘Turpin’ Tweed coat
, first worn Christmas Day 2014.
The piece featured in the February 2013 Belgravia Residents’ Journal as following: Duchess was seen carrying brown handbag from Chanel that was last seen during Duke and Duchess’ trip to Paris.
Catherine paired the outfit with Tod’s Burgundy Fringed Leather Pumps.
Her Sapphire & Diamond Oval Drop Earrings finished the whole look.
Lacorine ‘Sumac’ style hat
Duchess kept the cold away by wearing Lacorine ‘Sumac’ style hat and a new pair of the fur-trimmed gloves from Cornelia James ‘Clementine’ style in chocolate brown.
It seems the New Year Church Service has become a kind of a tradition for the Cambridge family as they have been seen on this service regularly since 2016.
