Monday evening, treating the royal fans, Spanish Royal Palace released 10 stunning portraits of Spanish Royal Family. The pictures were taken by Spanish portraitist Estela de Castro at the royal residence of the family and the Palace of Zarzuela in Madrid.
The portraits include 2 solo portraits of King Felipe, 2 solo portraits of Queen Letizia. The use of natural light is the main element that characterizes Estela de Castro’s professional work in her photographic portraits. And we can see the same magic in these pictures too.
2 portraits were released having both Felipe and Letizia. These pictures will be used as the official pictures of the family and will be replacing the use of old family portraits.
The release also includes 1 portrait of Princess Leonore and 1 of Infanta Sofia.
Once again delighting the fans, once portrait was released that has both sisters in it. And 1 portrait of the complete family.
In her portraits, we are seeing Queen Letizia in two different styles. In her full regalia portrait, she is wearing fuchsia Carolina Herrera gown that we saw during the Japanese coronation ceremony in October 2019. Once again, Queen paired the gown with her Flor de Lis tiara, her twin Cartier bracelets and Chanton earrings. She topped the gown with the Order of Carlos III sash that she pinned with diamond Fleur de lys brooch.
In the other picture, we are seeing Queen in a beautiful blue dress. The dress looks like a navy version of the red Carolina Herrera dress that she wore in the family portrait shown above. She paired the dress with her bezel stud earrings and Karen Hallam ring.
