Spanish Royal Family arrived in Mallorca on Friday evening for their annual summer break. King Felipe was seen driving his family in Balearic Island when the family arrived at the Marivent Palace on the island. It’s been a tradition for the family to spend a part of the summer break at the Family’s summer holiday residence in Palma. You can see the pictures of the arrival here at DailyMail.
The family will be posing for the annual photocall at the Palace this week. Reportedly, Queen Sofia is already there with her elder daughter Infanta Elena.
Like every year, King Felipe and Queen Letizia will host a reception for the Balearic Society. King Felipe will undertake some official engagements in Palma in the upcoming days.
Last year we saw the family having nice quality time during the first leg of the break. We might see them this year too. The vacation came under the shadow of all the allegation and investigation being conducted against King Juan Carlos who recently left the country.
King Felipe and Queen Letizia undertook last joint engagement together in Asturias where they finished their nation-wide tour of autonomous communities to promote the tourism and boost the morale of the nation after the COVID-19 pandemic.
