This is Catherine’s second appearance in the tournament. Earlier this Monday, she accompanied by Prince William attended the 9th day of the tournament.

Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli-Mozzi were also present for the first finale of the tournament.

On the penultimate day of the Championship, The Duchess of Cambridge presented Venus Rosewater dish to Elena Rybakina. Both Elena and her opponent Ons Jabeur were playing in their first Wimbledon final and first Grand-slam final.

Upon arrival at the SW1, The Duchess met with Gabia who was responsible for the coin-tossing of today’s match. The Duchess also viewed the special bespoke platinum coin created by the World Platinum Investment Council to mark Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and the Centre Court Centenary.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the world premiere of his movie Top Gun: Maverick earlier this year.

The Duchess of Cambridge presented the trophy to Elena Rybakina who defeated Ons Jabeur 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 in the final. Elena is the youngest player to win the Wimbledon title and receive the Venus Rosewater Dish in 2011.
