Queen Letizia of Spain presided over the Closing ceremony of the X edition of the “PROMOCIONA PROJECT” at the Municipal Palace of Congresses. Madrid. It was Queen Letizia of Spain’s first solo visit of the year 2023. She joined King Felipe for the 2023 Military Easter last week.
The Promociona Project is a CEOE initiative with the objective to have more women participate in Spanish business activity in positions of greater responsibility. This project aims to develop in the participating women managers the necessary skills to successfully lead their organization with the greatest impact on it, on their teams and on other women managers.
Upon her arrival at the IFEMA Municipal Palace, Her Majesty the Queen was received by the First Vice President of the Government and Minister of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
The event began with a commemorative video of the 10 editions of the “Promociona Project”. The Promociona Project is 10 years old, it has been training women managers for 10 editions to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to reach senior management positions in companies.

Queen Letizia was wearing a green sweater with a brocade skirt. Both pieces were from the Spanish label Is Coming and were custom-made for the Queen. Letizia first wore the piece in October 2021 during a visit to Switzerland.
The Queen paired the outfit with a new pair of Magrit pumps.
Letizia was wearing her 18kt Gold & Roses Jardin de Aire Rose Gold, Diamonds, and Emeralds Earrings that she first wore in February 2022.
And her new Coreterno Amor Che Tutto Move Ring seems which seems like to be a replacement for her old Karen Hallam signature ring.
