On Saturday, Queen Letizia of Spain made a surprise visit to the Royal Canoe National Club to watch the Waterpolo match. Letizia has always been very interested in women’s sports and from time to time made these sorts of announced and surprise visits. The club shared pictures and videos online after Letizia’s visit.

The visit was aimed to highlight the sport and put women’s sports in limelight especially Water Polo. Letizia signed the guest book, toured the facilities, and met with the sporting staff and athletes.

Wearing a pink sweater with black jeans, black boots, her Gold and Roses triple hoop earrings and Coreterno ring, Letizia was all smiles and jokes when she took the mobile in her hand to click a selfie with the athletes.
The Palace has two engagements scheduled for Letizia this week – A Working meeting with AECC and the annual Diplomatic Reception.
