King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain hosted the lunch in honour of “Miguel de Cervantes” 2022 Winner Rafael Cadenas at the Royal Palace of Zarzuela in Madrid. The Royal couple presented the award yesterday at the University of Alcalá in Madrid.
The lunch was attended by Rafael Cadenas, his family, the Minister of Culture and Sports, and Cervantes Institute authorities. Speaking at the lunch King Felipe said, “The tradition of brings together a representation of the world of letters to pay a triple tribute: to the figure of our winner of this 2022 edition, Rafael Cadenas, to our common language and, as always deserves, especially on these dates, to Miguel de Cervantes”.
The jury has awarded the prize to Rafael Cadenas for “his vast and extensive literary work” and recognizes “the significance of a creator who has made poetry a reason for his own existence and has taken it to heights of excellence in the Spanish language “.

Moving towards Queen Letizia Style – The 50 years old Spanish Queen was looking gorgeous in a pink midi dress which also continues her support to the local small labels.
Letizia wore a pink Lady Pipa Antonia Dress. Thanks to Nuria for the id. The €169 dress was described as a “Midi dress with a plunging v-neck, pleating on the front and teardrop back”.
The Queen teamed up the outfit with her pearl and diamond drop earrings that were reportedly designed by an in-house Palace jewel designer and The Queen has had them for almost a decade now.
Letizia was wearing Fuchsia Carolina Herrera slingback pumps that she first wore in November 2019.
Her Coreterno Amor Che Tutto Move Ring was not missing either.
