Last night, Queen Letizia of Spain arrived in the Republic of Colombia for her annual cooperation visit. She was received by the First Lady of Colombia, Verónica Alcocer, at the Rafael Núñez International Airport in Cartagena de Indias. This morning, Letizia started her day with various visits and meetings to learn about the multiple projects that Spanish Cooperation is running in Colombia.
The first stop of the day was Spanish Cooperation Training Center in Cartagena. Later on, she was joined by the First Lady, Verónica Alcocer, for a visit to the Villahermosa neighborhood.
Then both ladies headed to Cartagena de Indias Workshop School. The last stop of the day was historic site of Bastion of Santa Catalina.
