The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge gave the Royal Community the much-awaited Christmas present and released a beautiful family portrait to mark Christmas and the year-end. Just like previous years, this year’s Christmas Card picture is also from autumn time. The Cambridge family left for a family vacation this year in October and today we found out that the family went to Jordan.

Jordan holds a special place in The Duchess of Cambridge’s life. Cathrine spent two years in Jordan when her father Michael was working for British Airways when Catherine was two. She attended an English language nursery before returning to England.

We saw a few pictures from her time in Jordan in April 2011 when the Middleton family released the picture before the Royal wedding.  In 2018, The Duke of Cambridge visited Jordan and the same place where the picture was taken and said his wife loved her time in Jordan.

In the beautiful picture that was taken in the backdrop of the Jordan desert, the family is posing in their summer gear. The Duchess of Cambridge is wearing a khaki button-down shirt dress that is still unidentified.

Update: The Duchess of Cambridge was wearing Sea New York Crochet Silk Blend Maxi Dress from the label’s 2016 collection. Thanks to Georgie’s Mum on Twitter for the id.

An amazing find today was a Dallah (Arabian Coffee pot) pendant necklace that The Duchess of Cambridge had in her wardrobe for at least 17 years. Catherine was first seen wearing the necklace in 2005 at the Gatcombe Park Festival of British Evening horse trials. Thanks to @CoutureRoyals and @RoyalWikipedia for noticing.

The Mini-Kate, Prince Louis, who looks exactly like Michael Middleton was wearing a familiar-looking shirt. Do you remember the chubby cheek of Prince George during the Australia tour when he visited the Taronga Zoo in Sydney? He was wearing a Rachel Riley striped polo shirt.

In the picture, Little Louis is wearing the same shirt. It’s not the first time we are seeing a Cambridge kid wearing a hands-down from an older sibling.
