To mark the big milestone of Gorgeous Queen Letizia who once had a versy successful career as a journalist, Spanish newspaper El Pais’ team spent sometime with Letizia this year to have a glimpse of her life behind the Palace doors, her time during public and official engagements and brought us some tit-bits giving us more insight into her life.
Traditionally the Royal Household does not describe what role the Consort should play, so it falls majorly on the consorts themselves to carve their own path on the public as well as personal front while making sure they do not overshadow the Monarch. After 19 years since marrying into the Spanish Royal family, Letizia has definitely marked her own path with various public causes she supports that includes health, education, women and gender empowerment, mental health, sports while supporting various small and big local fashion houses.
Letizia is well-known for her inquisitive mind and loves to take the lead. It was said about her the reason she does not do any personal interview is she might ask more questions than answer. She is a feminist without showing off. She has almost 200 public engagements each year for the last many years and many of those public engagements include supporting organizations and events working towards women and gender equality.
The €260 knee-length coral dress belongs to the label’s Autumn Winter 2018 Collection and features coral, pastel pink, and brown colour floral print. The dress has a vee-neckline, three-quarter sleeves and a belted waistline.
Letizia paired the dress with her Lodi suede pumps.
The Queen teamed up the outfit with a new pair of Gold and Roses earrings. She was wearing Shewel triple hoops. The €1595 earrings were described as, “femininty and sensuality. Connections between pieces and feelings give life to this collection. Shewel which represents the bond that women and jewelery have had over time.”
And her Karen Hallam ring was not missing either.
Next we will see Letizia on Friday when she will be back in Palma where she will inaugurate the school year in three centers: ‘Los Campitos’, ‘Todoque’ and ‘María Milagros Acosta’.
