Queen Letizia of Spain, an ex-journalist, has released a special message to mark the 50th anniversary of “Informe Semanal” – The weekly report. The famous Spanish Weekly report has celebrated its 5th decade this year with 1973 being its inaugural year.
Letizia was once the face among the 30 presenters of the show in the last 5 decades on a Saturday in the summer of 2002. The program that was a Spanish adoption of CBS’s 60 minute program, played a very crucial role in many important national and social topic debates such as democracy, abortion and divorce.

Releasing a video message, Queen Letizia thanked every one included making the show a national hit. The message was released during the special celebrations of the program. The video was recorded in her office at the Royal Palace of Zarzuela with the lush gardens working as the backdrop. It was recorded on Friday March 24th after Letizia held two audiences at the Royal Palace.
Letizia was looking stunning in her red Carolina Herrera suit with white top, Patrizia pepe pumps, Gold & Roses double dagger earrings and Coreterno ring for Palace audience.
