King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain visited Toledo to open the Community Residence “Hospital of the King” in the Historic Helmet of Toledo, for people with severe mental disorder. Yesterday, King Felipe and Queen Letizia joined by Princess Leonor opened the XV Legislature – a milestone for Princess Leonor.

The Socio-Health Foundation of Castile-La Mancha reopened the King’s Hospital that was founded it in Toledo, in 1603 by the Confraternity of Corpus Christi, as a place of healing for poor and resource less people. In 1836, the establishment became a part of the Provincial Charity and finally closing in 2005.
