On Tuesday morning, King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain took their daughters Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia to the “Talent attracts talent” – an activity held to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Princess of Girona Foundation.
The activities of the program revolved around some of the main challenges of our society: sustainability, employment, critical thinking or equal opportunities, among others.
The program began with the round table “Generations on Stage: Experience and value” in which members of the Board of Trustees of the FPdGi talked with some of the winners and with young participants in other programs of the Foundation.
After the round table, the royal family visited different activities of the workshops in which experiences are shared and the network of contacts between young people is activated. Both Felipe and Leonor were enjoying the event on one table while Letizia took Infanta Sofia to the other.
The events on the occasion of the X Anniversary of the Princess of Girona Foundation ended with an audience with the mentors of the “Talent Rescuers” program, which promotes the employability of young people between 20 and 30 years promoting their labour mobility between autonomous communities. This is a project that prioritizes young people who are the first generation of their family to obtain a higher degree, guaranteeing equal opportunities in access to the labour market. This program offers its participants a personalized road map, professional mentoring, training, and employment exchange and mobility aids.
